The Nama'a Shariah-Compliant Money Market Fund is an open-ended public fund, denominated in AED, domiciled in the UAE, and regulated by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA). The fund is built to provide efficient cash management solutions to a wide spectrum of investors, including both retail and institutional clients.
We have established a robust Sharia governance framework. Central to this framework is the assigning of an independent Sharia Committee, responsible for reviewing investments, issuing Sharia rulings and overseeing Sharia compliance. To support the effective operation of the framework, we have appointed Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB), to act as a coordinator and managing of the Sharia governance. SRB does not issue fatwas and does not substitute the role of the Sharia Committee; rather, it supports the Sharia Committee by ensuring that Sharia governance, supervision, Shari’a Committee secretariat, and audit processes are consistently applied, implemented and well-documented.

انطلقت دار المراجعة الشرعية من المملكة العربية السعودية في عام 2004م وتضم في شبكة مستشاريها الشرعيين أكثر من 45 مستشاراً شرعياً موزعين على 20 دولة، بما في ذلك دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والأردن وماليزيا وباكستان والمملكة المتحدة وألمانيا وروسيا. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الدار خاضعة للرقابة من قبل بنك البحرين المركزي، وقد أصبحت علامة تجارية عالمية تقدم خدمات الاستشارات الشرعية في جميع أنحاء العالم.
